Grown at 1,700–2,000 metres by smallholder farmers cultivating Heirloom varietals, where cool climate, high altitude, and rich volcanic soil create exceptional sweetness and delicate aromatics. Fully washed for tea-like refinement, roasted light to preserve jasmine florals.
