Your privacy matters to us. We collect only what we need to fulfill orders and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

This Privacy Policy explains how Say Ciao Coffee ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from sayciao.coffee (the "Site").

  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments and other payment gateways) to process your payment information securely
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners to fulfill and deliver your orders

  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how customers use the Site

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside the United Kingdom and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to the United Kingdom and process it there. Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, is based in Canada and may process data in various locations globally.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected both online and offline. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely by our payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
