Brew Guide

• Amount: 1–2 tsp (2–3g) per 200ml
• Water temperature: 100°C
• Steep time: 5–7 minutes
• Method: Loose leaf in an infuser or teapot
• Serve: Black, with honey, or over ice with a fresh lemon slice
