Our House Blend is the Say Ciao morning ritual — smooth, focused, and quietly energising. Crafted for clarity and calm intention, it's the blend that wakes you gently and carries you into the day with balance and warmth. A refined, everyday essential.

Combining Arabica beans from Guatemala and Brazil, grown between 1,200–1,600 metres in volcanic valleys and tropical highlands. Varietals include Bourbon, Typica, and Obatara, fully washed and medium roasted to preserve natural sweetness and rounded structure. Designed to shine as both espresso and filter.

Sweet, rounded, and quietly uplifting. Expect pecan, toffee, and milk chocolate, with a gentle citrus lift and a smooth, satisfying mouthfeel.
