Brew Guide

Amount: 1–2 tsp (2–3g) per 200ml
Water temperature: 100°C
Steep time: 3–5 minutes depending on strength preference
Method: Loose leaf in an infuser or teapot
Serve: Black or with milk — both work beautifully

For a stronger cup, use more tea rather than a longer steep time — over-steeping increases bitterness without adding flavour. Milk goes in after the tea, not before.
