Decaffeination doesn't have to mean compromise. Using CO₂ extraction — the gold standard method — the caffeine is removed while the flavour compounds stay intact. The result is a breakfast tea that tastes like the real thing, because it is.

Brew Guide

• Amount: 1–2 tsp (2–3g) per 200ml
• Water temperature: 100°C
• Steep time: 3–5 minutes
• Method: Loose leaf in an infuser or teapot
• Serve: Black or with milk — both work beautifully

FAQs

Is it completely caffeine-free?

Almost — decaffeinated tea retains a very small amount of caffeine (typically less than 5mg per cup, vs 40–70mg in regular black tea). For most people, including those sensitive to caffeine, this is negligible.

Does it taste different to regular breakfast tea?

Very little — CO₂ decaffeination preserves the flavour compounds far better than older chemical methods. Most people can't tell the difference.

Can I drink it before bed?

Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The tiny residual caffeine is unlikely to affect sleep for most people, making it the perfect evening cup.
