Cerron Grande
CERRON GRANDE
Calm, balanced, and quietly restorative — sweet plum depth with nutty warmth and gentle chocolate. Named after El Salvador’s largest reservoir, this is coffee for quiet moments, beautifully uncomplicated and easy to love.
Origin & Craft
A single origin from El Salvador Las Isabellas, grown between 1,200–1,500 metres on volcanic slopes benefiting from rich soil, consistent rainfall, and traditional farming methods passed down through generations. Bourbon and Pacas varietals, honey-processed — fruit mucilage left on the bean during drying creates exceptional sweetness and body that sets this apart from washed coffees.
Tasting Experience
Sweet and rounded, with ripe plum softness, a nutty warmth, and a gentle chocolate finish that feels comforting and consistent.
