CIAO LIVING MEMBERSHIP

1. WELCOME TO CIAO LIVING

Ciao Living is our way of sharing more with you—exclusive coffees, curated playlists, recipes, and stories that connect coffee to the moments and places that inspire us. By joining Ciao Living, you become part of a community that values the everyday details.

Membership is free to join. There are no membership fees—you simply create an account and we'll welcome you in.

2. WHAT YOU'LL FIND

As a Ciao Living member, you'll have access to:

  • Exclusive City Editions: Limited-edition coffees available only to members (purchased separately)
  • Ciao Sounds: Curated playlists designed to accompany your coffee moments
  • Recipes & Guides: Coffee recipes, brewing tips, and cultural notes
  • Member Content: Access to our Members Area with stories, articles, and seasonal inspiration
  • Early Access: First look at new releases and special collaborations

Please note: Content and offers may change at any time and are not guaranteed. We aim to offer a thoughtful, evolving experience.

3. NO MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • Joining Ciao Living is free
  • There are no subscription charges or membership fees
  • You only pay for products you choose to purchase (such as City Editions coffees)
  • All product purchases are subject to our standard pricing, shipping, and refund policies

4. SUBSCRIBE & SAVE (OPTIONAL)

We offer a Subscribe & Save option for scheduled, recurring coffee orders using Shopify's built-in subscription function:

  • Set up automatic deliveries at your preferred frequency
  • Charges are only made for goods purchased on each scheduled delivery
  • Payment is processed using the payment details you provide at the time of order
  • No advance billing - you're only charged when your order ships
  • Cancel anytime - no penalties or fees
  • Modify anytime - change frequency, products, or skip deliveries as needed

Subscribe & Save is entirely optional and separate from Ciao Living membership.

5. MEMBER ACCOUNT & ACCESS

  • You'll need to create a Shopify customer account to access member benefits
  • Your account will be recognized as a Ciao Living member once you've signed up
  • Access to member content and exclusive products is granted through your account
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • Membership is for personal use and non-transferable

6. EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS

  • City Editions and other member-exclusive products are available for purchase separately and are not included with membership
  • Members have priority access to limited releases
  • Product availability is subject to stock and may be limited
  • Standard product terms, shipping policies, and refund policies apply to all purchases

7. LEAVING CIAO LIVING

You're free to leave Ciao Living at any time:

  • Simply contact us at hello@sayciao.coffee or manage your preferences in your account
  • If you have an active Subscribe & Save order, you can cancel that separately at any time
  • There are no fees or penalties for leaving

8. REFUND POLICY

For product purchases (coffees, merchandise, etc.):

  • If you're not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition
  • Contact us at hello@sayciao.coffee to arrange a return
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned item
  • You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Conditions for refunds:

  • Coffee must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Merchandise must have tags attached and be in resalable condition
  • Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for refund
  • Sale or clearance items may have different refund terms (noted at time of purchase)

For Subscribe & Save orders:

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery
  • Once an order has shipped, standard refund terms apply

9. CONTENT USAGE

  • All content shared through Ciao Living (playlists, recipes, articles, images) is for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Please don't reproduce, distribute, or share member content publicly without permission
  • Spotify playlists are provided via embedded links and are subject to Spotify's terms of service
  • We may update, modify, or remove content at any time

10. CHANGES TO CIAO LIVING

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify member benefits, content, or features at any time
  • Adjust product availability or pricing
  • Evolve or discontinue aspects of the Ciao Living experience

We'll do our best to keep you informed of significant changes, but content and offers are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

11. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend access to Ciao Living if you:

  • Violate these terms or our general Terms of Service
  • Share member content publicly or commercially without permission
  • Use your account in a fraudulent or abusive manner
  • Engage in conduct that harms Say Ciao Coffee or other members

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to our general Terms of Service.

By joining Ciao Living, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to these terms.
